The U.S. Army is partnering with Tom DeLonge’s To The Stars Academy (TTSA) to study UFOs and other “extraterrestrial” finds. TTSA was co-founded by DeLonge, former CIA operative Jim Semivan, and former NASA and Department of Defense adviser Harold Puthoff, in 2017.
